UMS has always been about people.
I have been an entrepreneur for more than 20 years, but when I created UMS Healthcare Agency, I wanted to build something that felt different. Something personal, caring and dependable.
I have always believed that when someone needs care, whether it is for themselves, a parent, a child or another loved one, they should feel supported and respected. Families are often reaching out during stressful and emotional times, and I wanted UMS Healthcare Agency to be a place they could turn to and feel that someone genuinely cared. That is why I build the agency around compassion, trust and reliability. Healthcare is not just about filling a shift or sending someone into a home or facility. It is about understanding that there is a real person and a real family behind every call.
As the agency grew, I started to see another side of healthcare very clearly. There was such a need for properly trained, confident and compassionate healthcare professionals. That is what inspired me to open UMS Healthcare College.
I wanted to create a school where students did not feel like just another number. I wanted them to feel supported, encouraged and prepared for the real world. Many of our students come to us because they are looking for a new beginning, changing careers or starting over. Some simply want the opportunity to build a better future for themselves and their families.
Being able to watch someone walk through our doors unsure of themselves and then later see them graduate, find employment and become confident healthcare professional is one of the most rewarding part of what I do.
What makes UMS so special to me is that the Agency and the College connect naturally. Through the agency, we understand what families, healthcare facilities and employers truly need. Through the college, we have the opportunity to help prepare students to become healthcare professionals we would want caring for our own families.
That has always been my vision. To build something that care for people on both sides of healthcare. The people receiving care and the people providing it.
I am incredibly proud of how UMS has grown, but no matter low large we become, I never want us to lose the personal feeling that we started with. At the heart of UMS will always be the same values: Care for people. Treat everyone with dignity. Create opportunities. And always remember why we started.
For me, UMS is much more than a business. It is something I built from the heart.

Our leadership and management team work together to ensure reliable service, clear communication and compassionate support across all areas of UMS Healthcare Group.
Jenelle oversees compliance, contracts, bookkeeping and executive operations. She works closely with the CEO and management team to ensure strong systems, accountability and the continued growth of UMS Healthcare Group.
Nelson oversees the overall operations of UMS Healthcare Group and works closely with the CEO and all departments. He provides leadership, team support, communication and ensures our Agency and College work together effectively to maintain high service standards.
Joy Isidro
Joy oversees the daily operations of UMS Healthcare Agency, including client services, staffing, scheduling, sales and service quality. She works closely with families, healthcare professionals and the UMS team to ensure dependable and compassionate support.

Agency Coordinator
Ryad supports the coordination of UMS Healthcare Agency services and help ensure effective communication between clients, healthcare professional and the internal team.

Diane supports human resources and recruitment processes, including hiring, employee documentation and onboarding. She helps ensure a positive and professional experience for all employees and applicants.
Jaynyfe Co
Scheduler
Jaynyfe coordinates caregiver and healthcare professional schedules to ensure clients receive consistent and dependable support. Her organization and attention to detail help keep care running smoothly day to day.
